Personal care

This service includes washing, bathing, dressing and continence care. We ensure all medication is taken and prepare any food or drink needed. We provide this service in slots from a half-hour call, so this can be extended as required. Personal care is the most popular service we provide across our local communities.

Companionship / Daytime sit

This care service is purely for companionship during the day. We can take our Service Users out somewhere they want to go or sit and talk and keep them company. It’s up to you. During this time, we will also prepare any food or drink needed.

Night sit

Our Carer will be awake all night to attend to the needs of our Service User. This service includes changing bedding, promoting continence, prompting medication, and providing companionship. During this time, we will also prepare any food or drink needed.

Night sleep

Our Carer will stay overnight and have a bed to sleep in, which they will be asleep during the night. However, they will be on hand in case of an emergency, if needed by the Service User for such tasks as continence care requirements.

Shopping

We will take our Service Users to the supermarket to help them with their shopping, or we can go shopping for them.

For instance, we can drive them to the shop, help them round the shop, go through the checkout, and help them with their packing and unpacking.

All monetary transactions will be recorded and receipted.

Cleaning

During this service, we will vacuum, dust, iron, wash clothes, wash up, and mop floors. Please note that our cleaning is light domestic duties only; we do not move any heavy objects.
