At Personal Care Specialists, we are always looking for caring, reliable, and motivated people to join our team in a range of full‑time and part‑time Carer roles.
We provide high‑quality, compassionate home care services, supporting people to live safely and independently in the comfort of their own homes across Leeds and the surrounding areas.
Whether you’re experienced in care or new to the sector, we provide full training, ongoing support, and genuine career development opportunities.
Pay is from £12.90 per hour, and your pay will depend on your qualifications and experience.
You will be expected to deliver our services across LS8, LS9, LS10, LS14, LS15, LS16, LS17, LS22, LS23, LS25 and LS26 areas.
Who Can Apply – Essential Requirements

Due to the nature of our home care services, applicants who do not meet ALL of these requirements will not be considered. Please do not apply if you do not meet them.
✅ Hold a full, valid UK driving licence
✅ Have access to your own vehicle for work purposes
✅ Have the legal right to work in the UK
(Health and Care Worker visa sponsorship is not available)
✅ Be available to work early mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends
What the Role Involves
As a Carer, you will provide person‑centred support to people in their own homes, including:
✅ Helping clients get up and ready for the day
✅ Preparing meals and supporting with light domestic tasks
✅ Assisting with shopping and errands
✅ Providing companionship and emotional support
✅ Helping clients get ready for bed in the evening
Your Pay
From £12.90 per hour.
Additional pay on weekends and on bank holidays.
