Supporting our Staff with the Cost of Living
We are a small family-owned home care agency that has been providing excellent at-home care services across Leeds and the Yorkshire area for over 10 years. With the cost of living increasing, we felt we needed to give our Carers some support.
Being a member of our Home Care Team is like being a member of our family. Every single person is valued, and we invest in their training and well-being to ensure they have everything they need to deliver high-quality home care to all our Service Users.
Supporting our Staff with the cost of living
As we all know, with the rise in prices across fuel and food, making ends meet has been tough for a lot of people. Towards the end of last year in the run-up to Christmas, we gave our staff a support payment of an extra £50 to help them to enjoy their festive season a little bit more.
As a lot of the Government’s financial support towards the cost-of-living crisis is now ending, we wanted to help again. In their March pay all our staff received an additional £50 payment, which they received in April. We hope this payment will help them all in this difficult time.

Firstly, one of our fully qualified and experienced Team Leaders will visit you and take time to get to know you, your family, and your needs. From this, they will then develop your very own personal home care plan, tailored just for you.
